Spotlight ::: RocketingToTheCure.org

Reno was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis in the spring of 2002. Since his diagnosis, he has endured 2 to 4 hours of daily therapy along with the thousands and thousands of pills taken every year. In addition to his daily regiment, his complications from CF necessitated surgery on his sinuses and three years ago he had a feeding tube inserted into his stomach. The tube allows us to supplement his daily caloric intake during his sleeping hours.

Despite all these complications and because of a great amount of effort, on his and his family's part and the care of a superior health team, he is in wonderful health. Reno is active in In-Line and Ice Hockey, and also enjoys playing any sport or kids games with his neighborhood friends.

To help the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation find a cure for this disease, we are raising funds as a part of the national Great Strides - Taking Steps to Cure Cystic Fibrosis fund raiser. Over the last five years, we have managed to raise over $100,000 with the generous support of our family, friends and business associates.
